A short walk in a park - Forte Antenne - in Rome, in a neglected condition. I tried a new lens, Meike MK 25mm F1.8 - full manual with my old and beloved Olympus e-pl6.
The photos were developed with various film simulations.
Thrift shop treasure € 1, 75
Picked this one up in february.
Though these little Germans where made in the hundred thousands, this one is still In absolute mint condition, so i'm happy.
My latest acquisition. Very nice compact camera. Large, bright viewfinder.

I photographed this beautiful Kia Optima SW Plug-in-hybrid in october 2019 for Askja. I´m still so impressed with it....

This little cutie is tha Agfa Optima Parat, a scale-focus half-frame camera from Agfa featuring an excellent f2.8 Solinar lens in Compur shutter. It features metered auto-exposure with manual aperture control for use with flash, plus B. With a top metered film speed of ASA 200, film choice is a bit limited, but it should be capable of excellent results. The back removes for film loading, and with all-metal construction of the body, this diminutive camera is surprisingly hefty. The finish of the metal is absolutely gorgeous, much better than the zinc alloy used on earlier Agfa cameras.
I am so excited to get this camera from ebay. It was very good deal because it sold as it is non tested. Lucky that everything is function. After some hours of cleaning up the lens and view finder, it is not ready for the 1st roll test :-)
Briefly sold in Canada under this name. Another GM brand failure. Passport dealers sold mostly Isuzu cars and trucks, along with this Daewoo import. Probably the most "badge engineered" car of recent times.
Made in Germany , 1959-1960 . For 35mm roll film . The first automatic camera with programmed exposure (Selenium meter for exposure calculation) .
From an ad : " The electric-eye system sets the opening and the shutter between 1/30second and 1/250th second .Then you indicate one of three settings - close-up , group , or landscape - aim , press the 'magic key' , and shoot . When you press the 'magic key' , a red light flashes in the viewfinder if there is just not enough light for the film you're using. Flash and time exposures can be made when desired ."
The shutter is on top of the camera . The lever to the right of the front plate (as seen from the front - the'magic key') activates the light meter and initiates the auto-exposure system , the wheel on the lower left of the front is for opening and closing a door for the flash contact in the upper left corner .
A special feature is the use of sketch of the cartoon characters Max & Moritz as a symbol for close-up and portraits ; these are the heroes from a famous book by the German author Wilhelm Busch , published in 1865 .
Two popular vehicles these days - Kia Optima and Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. They must have parked when the lot was full of vehicles.

A modern mixed-use condominium project in downtown Scottsdale, AZ consisting of several interconnected buildings with lush garden terraces, a landscaped roof, and ground floor retail. The main landscaping design was based on line of sight, jumping from one unit to the next. Solar panels are also incorporated into the rooftop gardens.

Kia's all new 2011 Optima. This is a preproduction model so there may be some changes. I hope they don't change much cause DAMN this is one nice looking car.
