These shots were done as a going away gift to a beloved boss who is moving on to new things. The pictures were included in an album from these co-workers along with many well wishes.
I shot these with my RZ67 on TMAX 100 and assembled them to create each portrait. Three vertical shots across the group. I moved the camera for each shot and just asked that they stand still. I wanted to do something a little more artful than the typical corporate group shot.
I'd like to add one to my portfolio and would love any opinioins on which one I should use. Thanks!

This was taken during an odd Thursday night game at the JLC. This was our last set of seats at the glass since Carolyn changed jobs and no longer has access to these.
For those of you who don't know my feelings on this kid, I loathe him. The press acts like he is the second coming of Christ. It's almost Crosby-esque and I HATE him. I had several people (who didn't know my feelings on Tavares) ask if I was excited to be able to see him play and to take photos. I took this photo with the following rant in mind...
I actually emailed one of the local newspaper columnists here in London but he discounted my opinioins because of where I work. Ryan Pyette continues to document how Tavares drives the London offense and what a great speaker this kid is. London was winning games quite handily without this kid and with his arrival we actually went on quite the losing streak with him in the lineup while Oshawa (the team we picked him up from) started to win games with him gone. As for Tavares as a speaker....wow...this kid has marbles in his mouth and the personality of a rock. I watched the Bobby Orr ceremony in Oshawa where he had a 2 line ditty to say, he wrote notes and STILL sounded like an idiot. Then there was the Juniors when they let him talk....good lord! The guys that are going to get this kind of coverage should really be developed in verbal communication.
Some have said that I hate any players with talent because I don't like a few players. I don't like Crosby or Tavares...I think they are both whiny little bitches (sorry mom) that get too much attention. Don't get me wrong I realize that they both have talent and I realize that they can both put the puck in the net.
One of the things that I've noticed with the play of Tavares is that he is a DOG on defense, just hovering around the blue line looking for someone to feed him the puck. Another interesting trend that i've noticed of late is that his goals don't mean anything to the outcome of the game. He'll either pop in 2 goals in a game where we're already winning 3-1 OR he'll pop a couple of goals and we'll still lose....how does THAT make anyone a driving force? A driving force to me would be a deciding goal here and there.
Our London team is FULL of talent that is being overshadowed with the arrival of Tavares. Our downfall will be that we can't get past Windsor to win a Memorial Cup. It appears that Tavares and Crosby will have that in common too.
My only hope at this point is that whoever drafts him this year takes him to the pros next year and we don't have to listen to the BS any longer. I did however get great pleasure last year when he tried to be drafted early into the NHL and was denied. Too bad the OHL didn't do the same thing when he managed to get in there early.

Well, it doesn't work when the piece is fired so I had to come up with another design.
I do like the fact that eggs are vulnerable so I wanted to represent it this way. What do you think?

Baruch Spinoza, born Benedito de Espinosa, 24 November 1632 – 21 February 1677, was a Dutch philosopher of Sephardi/Portuguese origin.
Spinoza's given name varies among different languages: Hebrew: ברוך שפינוזה Baruch Spinoza, Portuguese: Benedito or Bento de Espinosa and Latin: Benedictus de Spinoza; in all these languages, the given name or its etymology means "Blessed". Spinoza was raised in the Portuguese Jewish community in Amsterdam. He developed highly controversial ideas regarding the authenticity of the Hebrew Bible and the nature of the Divine.
On 27 July 1656, the Talmud Torah congregation of Amsterdam issued a writ of cherem (Hebrew: חרם) a kind of ban, curse, ostracism, expulsion, or excommunication from Jewish society against the 23-year-old Spinoza. His books were also later put on the Catholic Church's Index of Forbidden Books.
Spinoza lived an outwardly simple life as a lens grinder, turning down rewards and honours throughout his life, including prestigious teaching positions. He died at the age of 44 allegedly of a lung illness, perhaps tuberculosis or silicosis exacerbated by fine glass dust inhaled while grinding optical lenses. He is buried in the churchyard of the Christian Nieuwe Kerk in The Hague.

INTM Cycle 3 Episode 36 with Family Photoshoot as the theme. So, the models need to pose with their family. Ini sih seret moments yaaa. In this challenge, Iko nailed it and become the FCO. Suka banget juga the Gatsby runaway. Jujur ya top 5 dan bahkan top 5 INTM ini itu bener2 keren2. I love all the models. They are really talented and less drama. Nathalie needs to stop her journey in this episode. Here is my score:

Fruit Flowers...I used to live on this corner. Fruit Flowers ruined it, in my opinioin. Obnoxious sinage, huge delivery trucks, including a couple of H3's, flashing security cameras at night that make my neighborhood look dangerous...yeah..great job.
