Step into Orbit for an immersive experience inspired by the solar system and the vast, unexplored space beyond. Watch as the orbiting planets of the installation surround you and lift you from reality.
3M retroreflective materials — the focus of Orbit — are found on the surface of these planets. By manipulating light, this installation challenges perceptions and interactions from each viewer.
LiteWerkz presents Orbit in collaboration with global science company 3M.
This installation is awarded under the Singapore Night Festival’s Open Call.
About the Artist
LiteWerkz is a design collective consisting of students, artists and art enthusiasts with a common passion in creating larger than life light installations showcased in public. LiteWerkz made their debut light installation at Singapore Night Festival 2016 in its first ever Open Call, and this year marks the group’s third consecutive participation.
3M is a company uniquely rooted in its expertise to apply science to improve lives. The collaboration with LiteWerkz aims to inspire future generations of artists, scientists and innovators in the pursuit of making communities attractive places to live in.

The 3rd Singapore International Photography Festival Open Call welcomes the participations of all artists to submit their photographic works.
Into it's 3rd year since it's successful launch in 2008, the SIPF 2012 exhibition is open for submission from 10 Nov 2011 to 20 May 2012. Works by 50 photographers will be selected by the curators from the entries. Short-listed entries will be exhibited across Singapore between 10th October and 15th Nov 2012. The selected participants will be notified via email in May 2012, and would be announced in June 2012 on the festival website.

On 18th June 2009 elmur became elmur.net and with it, became a global network of creative and inspiring ideas.
Since then creative from all over the world have shown their creative videos every night form sunset till midnight.
this is the oficial presentation event in Lleida - Spain at the Fundacio Ferreruela Sanfeliu garden, where elmur.net projection system has been installed and working since december 2007.
