While out testing the new-to-me 40mm pancake, I had 3 different instances, at f/2.8, of the camera taking the shot thinking it had focus. A second shot was taken right after and the subject was actually in focus. Further testing is needed to narrow down variables. There is the possibility it is the camera body, as I was not able to see this behavior on another, newer, Canon DSLR.

Here is a Collage I made about Love. The first picture and the bottom Picture, I took at a Craft store. I needed to fill in the Blank space in the upper right. None of my Pictures were fitting in. so I had AI make me a Plaque with the saying that I wrote. Took a while. In fact the first up-load I posted had “Perfection” spelled wrong. So I had to regenerate another batch. So the top right photo is AI generated. According to my Creation and my saying.
Also when I deleted the original up-load. I meant to copy the description and instead I deleted it!!! All that work I put into it. Tried to remember what I said best I could. Not the same though. Plus I had a Procedure yesterday, which Really knocked me out.
I'll keep Writing and adding words. so, check back periodically
