Providence and Worcester Railroad's PR-3 slowly moves down the East Providence branch alongside impatient drivers and past industrial remnants from a once more industrious town. This particular factory building has been reconfigured to office space, which certainly beats tearing it down in the face of a more technology driven rather than manufacturing driven industry. Remarkably, the switch for the spur that once connected this property to rail service is still in place, although most of the spur has been either removed or certainly covered over. P&W 2009 makes up the rear as the train returns to Valley Falls after working several customers along the line. Pawtucket, RI
It looks like it's from the 1950s, but it's only a few weeks old. The mechanic who built it is taking it for a test drive.
This red beauty is standing in OSCW's shop in Großheppach (Oldschool Custom Works). They really do an amazing job on rebuilding and customizing old American dreams :) I can't remember I ever saw so many Chargers and GTOs at one time. Back at home I had to play Driver2 on my PS......
Glad that nobody shot me whilst lying flat on the checkered tiles to get this 7 brackets handheld^^.
Thanks for visits and faves. Written comments highly appreciated and will be responded a.s.a.p :)
Cheers

294 903 shoves a pair of two-axle container flatcars across Ellerholzdamm, a classically cobblestone-paved port road in the big city of Hamburg, Germany. This little industrial lead in South Hamburg seems to get regular but little traffic, and only the container transload UGH receives cars (the bumpers for the two spur tracks can be seen on the very left). The lead continues further North but with no further customers. Aside from the cobblestone, the neat brick building and two-axle cars made for a worthwhile scene. I think most of the two-axle container flatcars are from the late 1960s to early 70s, having been rebuilt at the turn of the century. I'm not an expert on the topic at all and maybe there are newer ones, but if I had to guess the two-axle cars are probably gradually disappearing just like they are for other car types. Alwalton was the birthplace of Sir Frederick Henry Royce. He was an engineer and co-founder of car giant Rolls Royce.

FEC GP38-2 510 with its classic candy cane stripes and the hurricane logo leads a GP40-2 and a long yard transfer across the Jacksonville Drawbridge southern style. This was quite an emergency shot as I was running my butt off to get to this location when the train was already right there. I pulled out my camera, no time for setting adjustment, and just held down the trigger while still running..

Midnight in the streets of Budapest
While we took the dog out, I thought I take some night shot at the same time.
