Mocha puppy perches on a load of gravel that serves as a temporary floor for the sunroom and forms the foundation of the patio.
We added another BP panel, 2 more batteries, and a controller with a guage. This powered a DVD player, more lighting using leds, and easily recharged phones, IPODs, laptops, and other gizzies.
We use solar power for most of our energy needs at the off grid homestead. These folding solar panels keep our LED lights charged up for us to use at night.
Each LED light lasts for days on a charge so we can get through periods of rain or clouds with no problem.
