The Devil's Punch Bowl, along with Hindhead Common, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and a Site of Special Scientific Interest, owned and managed by the National Trust.

Found on the border between Surrey and Hampshire, there are fabulous views, varied walks and extensive common land to explore. I've explored the Punch Bowl itself multiple times, but early on this frosty, misty winter morning, I wanted to capture something different. During this walk, I discovered (and became somewhat lost in) the Common land for the first time. I ran out of time that day, but will go back and explore on another trip.

These two Anti Tank Obstacles (cylinder type) are by the entrance to Foords Farm Foords Lane, Horam, England, United Kingdom they dont seem to have been recorded on the DoB site ...

Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, Tucson.

I made a poor job of showing how steep, should have shot a few closer to the top.

Students and Staff ran the Troup County Police Obstacle Course as their final team-building activity. The teams worked together to not only get each other through the course, but also their pet tire.

Berwick halt a right wing Dalziel attack during a relegation battle in Scottish rugby union's BT National League Division Three. The Motherwell-based visitors, who led 12-3, 19-10 and 26-17 at Derwentwater Terrace, Scremerston, clinched a dramatic 31-27 victory by touching down from the final play of the game, in the fifth and last minute of stoppage time. Defeat all but certainly relegates Berwick after a single season in National League rugby.

Admission: £3. Programme: 32 pages (w/a). Attendance: 47.

Unfortunately, spectators were only allowed on this part of the course, so we weren't able to see the other 9 of the 12 obstacles that they went through.

Another "cheat photo" from this last weekend. While walking in the woods, we came upon this snow formation that had blown and/or grown out from a tree trunk. It was so unusual hanging almost in mid-air, sturdy yet delicate.

Traci runs the obstacle course. Not only did she have to keep a martini glass filled with liquid, but she also had to wear intense prescription glasses while doing so.
