The Venetian in Macau. Apparently the largest casino in the world! Externally is modeled on Piazza San Marco in Venice. On one of the upper floors there is a shopping centre modeled on Venice canals with a fake sky mostly set on a pleasant sunset light.
I thought the slot machines fitted well the obsession theme.

Josh has discovered the laser pointer. Just the sight of the elusive red light and he goes into full predator frenzy. Chasing it at full speed around the house, the street, the beach, whatever. He will slam into furniture, lick walls, and bite my feet trying to kill it.
It's also dog walking for the lazy. Go to beach. Turn on light. Watch dog run. Turn off light when dog is pooped. Usually after five minutes of dead sprint.
I have a slight obsession with me feet. Strange I know, but I think they are cute :) I should be a foot model lol

Some interesting stuff down there - dirt, cigarette butts, cracks, shadows, and purslane. Probably more if I looked harder. This is actually in a parking lot next to a sidewalk.

OBSESSION - DYANN & DARYN - the end
This series fell out of an older one - fashion for dummies - a few years back. i had given the humanoid mannequins names beginning with the letter D [..for dummy]. the more alien abstract ones were numbered 3 of 5 etc, [.. yes i know, i know]. two, who had been randomly named dyann & daryn, i realised i had returning to several times. the set was originaly titled "dead as they come" after a short story written by ian mcewan, when he was young and interesting. later adapted for tv starring ian holm as the guy who falls for a shop window mannequin.
dyann & daryn have now been replaced by shiny new 5 of 8 and 7 of 8.
these are the final obsessions, discovered sfter a desperate search of the archives.
