Artist Process:

The piece was built around contrasts of fluidity and rigidity—polished leather-like surfaces against the chaotic, snaking lines of the cables. Light was sculpted to ripple across each curve, amplifying depth while keeping the palette almost monochromatic, save for the concentrated crimson in the face. The choice to obscure the eyes with a near-perfect black visor heightens anonymity and abstraction, turning the figure into an archetype rather than an individual. The cords, draped deliberately to spill beyond the frame, extend the scene’s reach and imply a network far larger than what the viewer can see.
