Many of the yellow flowers are sneezeweed, the red flowers are scarlet paintbrush, the blue are silvery lupine, and the tall white flowers in the distance are Osha or wild parsnip.

While walking the Osha Trail in Lincoln National Forest with a view looking to the west. I decided to use the hiking trail leading into the forest as a leading line into the image. The view of this captured image is a turned around one from where I had just hiked along the mountainside in this part of the national forest.
I'm not quite sure how they are going to explain this to OSHA (occupational safety and health administration)? Bear Creek Park, Keller, Texas, USA, August 2015

A setting looking to the west while taking in views across a forested, mountain landscape present in Lincoln National Forest. The view is from an overlook along the Osha Trail. There is a canyon, if you will, created between the two ridges coming off the main portion of the Sacramento Mountains, that was to my rear. This is also how the main road from Alamogordo, New Mexico, comes into the national forest and mountains. Far off in the distance is White Sands National Park and other ridges and peaks of the San Andres Mountains. One thing I had to keep in mind while composing this image was metering it properly, given the very bright highlights with the skies above and more distant national park and mountain landscapes. Nearby was more in shadows and not as bright. A definite dynamic range where I had to set an exposure properly.

While hiking the Osha Trail with a view looking to the south across a grassy meadow to a nearby forest of evergreen trees. This is in Lincoln National Forest. Given the overcast skies at that time in the afternoon, I decided to minimize that portion of the image and focus more on the meadow and trees. I was able though to later pull out some of the highlights and details in the overcast skies.
A People's Bicentennial History of Telegraph Avenue, located on Haste Street just off Telegraph Avenue, was painted in 1976 by Osha Neumann, O'Brien Thiele, Hannah Kransberg, and Daniel Galvez. Recently restored in 1998, the 88-foot long mural depicts the political and cultural history of Berkeley. The owner of Via Hermosa, a cafe down the block from People's Park at the time, gave Nuemann the opportunity to paint the wall with $800 he raised in donations.
A setting looking to the west while taking in views beyond some nearby evergreen trees to the white sands of the more distance national park. This is in Lincoln National Forest while hiking the Osha Trail.
While walking the Osha Trail with a view looking to the west from an overlook that included the Mexican Canyon Railroad Trestle, forest covered ridges and spurs, and a far distant White Sands National Park. This is in Lincoln National Forest. I decided to go wide angle with this image, so that I could take advantage of the high ground I was on and capture a sweeping view down the canyon, but still include some blue skies and clouds above to complement the earth-tones in the lower portion of the image.

While walking the Osha Trail in Lincoln National Forest. The view is looking to the northwest down the hiking trail to an elk caught in the open. While I did zoom in with the focal length in capturing this image, I felt that including some of the forest landscape around the elk helped to add to the setting. The rest was metering an exposure to not blow any of the highlights from portions of the image where the sun was getting through the trees, while still being able to pull the more shadowed areas later in post-production

I'm thinking this guy is the Head Flag Raiser just because of his uniform? It looks like he takes his job pretty seriously.
Looking at this again I'm also guessing that OSHA rules have no effect on a foreign registered asset?
This was shot in Port Everglades as we sat at the dock.
