Un angolo di Dolomiti che non avevo ancora visitato. Magnifiche, imponenti, verticali... le Odle!
Devo essere grato a mia figlia Martina che ha scelto questo itinerario. All'arrivo alla sommità dell'Alpe Seceda, nuvole dispettose le hanno avvolte e ce le hanno nascoste, nascondendo anche la val di Funes, temevano di non riuscire a vederle. Abbiamo avuto la pazienza di aspettare e d eccole lì davanti a noi.

Here is a slightly wider view with the upper Villnöss valley and Peitlerkofel on the left in the background.

The cable car at Ortisei does all the hard work for you taking you up to the Alm where you can enjoy the beautiful peaks of the Odle massif.

🇲🇫Les Dolomites constituent un massif montagneux des Préalpes orientales méridionales qui s'élève en Italie, à part environ égale entre le Trentin-Haut-Adige et la Vénétie. Il culmine à 3 343 mètres d'altitude à la Marmolada.
Aujourd hui depuis l'arrivée des remontées mécaniques nous avons grimpé sur la crête la plus proche pour admirer le massif de la Seceda....dont nous nous approcherons dans les prochains clichés

Oggi dall'arrivo degli impianti di risalita siamo saliti sulla cresta più vicina per ammirare il massiccio del Seceda....a cui ci avvicineremo nei prossimi scatti

Nous nous contenterons de grimper jusqu'à 'à la crête depuis laquelle on a de magnifique points de vue,en particulier sur la Seceda.et de rejoindre les crêtes au dessus du refuge.

Wir begnügen uns damit, den Grat zu erklimmen, von dem aus sich herrliche Aussichtspunkte bieten, insbesondere auf die Seceda, und uns den Graten oberhalb der Schutzhütte
🇮🇹 Per questa escursione in Val Gardena, che si estende nella parte nord-occidentale delle Dolomiti, il percorso parte da Fermeda, dove ci si arriva con la funivia, e imboccando il sentiero n. 6 arriviamo a Forcella Pana, proseguendo sul sentiero n. 1,. Ci accontenteremo di salire fino alla cresta da cui abbiamo magnifici punti panoramici, in particolare sul Seceda. e di raggiungere le creste sopra il rifugio.
🇬🇧 For this excursion to Val Gardena, which extends in the northwestern part of the Dolomites, the route starts from Fermeda, where you can get there by cable car, and taking path no. 6 we arrive at Forcella Pana, continuing on path n. 1,. Ortisei is located right in the centre of Dolomites Val Gardena and is surrounded by countless mountains which make the location an ideal starting point for hikes and ski tours. The Seceda, Pitschberg mountain and the Resciesa are just some of the most important mountains that define the beautiful view from Ortisei.
Front view of the famous Seceda peaks taken from the Fermeda chairlift just minutes before our last descent. The imposing rocks and spires that crown the area look quite different from down here and that's what i like the most about these places; the view changes constantly and it's almost impossible to take the same picture twice.
Most of the best shots of this iconic location, though, come from the walking trail on top of that snowy ridge up there on the left.
