We celebrated Junko's birthday on October 13th by going to dinner at a local Teppanyaki restaurant. This place is well known for its hospitality, good food and comfortable atmosphere. The steak is about the best you will find in Japan!
We all had a great time as a family. Junko, as usual, got emotional when opening her cards, which is one of the reasons I love her so much. All in all, it was a lot of fun.
Next week, on Friday the 23rd we plan to finish celebrating Junko's birthday in Yokosuka at our favorite Yakitori joint!
16th October 2011 at Old Rose & Crown, London E17.

Ome is a little town about 20 minutes from here towards the mountains. We went to an art festival with our friends Mie and Yukiko.
