It was definitely worth getting up for sunrise that morning. Thankfully I didn’t need to climb the 199 steps for this capture, we were staying at the YHA next to Whitby Abbey 😂 Not a chance in hell of managing those steps before lunch time!
Heading back to Whitby this weekend for a much needed week away. Managed to find a late booking still available, thankfully.
This will be my last post until we return, hopefully with some half decent images and in a better place, mentally. Thank you all for your support during a very difficult few months.

I had a day in yesterday as the weather wasn't great for the waterfalls, so this is one from the previous afternoon. The sky patterns were probably too much for reflections, but it's hard not to take them anyway, they were ooh so sweet. Oh So Sweet is by Gordon Lightfoot.

My first visit to Grootvlei dam in nearly a year. Grootvlei dam is situated only a few kilometers from the border with Mozambique, off the beaten track. It really still is an unspoiled wilderness area and I love to spend hours at the dam, even at times when there isn't much game around, just to enjoy the atmosphere and my breakfast. Fortunately seldom visited by people.

Bryn Oh's Lobby Cam is a beautiful sim that just reopened on May 1st, it was around originally back in 2015 but I never got to see it (or anywhere) back then, so to see it now on my new card was truly a sight to see, and there's still more of it to explore!
I was happy to meet Iza here because she and I have been talking lately and our personalities really just click. I can't wait to go on more adventures with her with our cameras swinging around each other's heads, what makes Second Life so fun is the ability to meet like minded people you'd never get the chance to stumble on in the real world without it, and it's easy to trip over a beautiful personality like hers! (Plus she's so hot, I mean look at her!)

Hello lovelies. I had my head in the stars today in my Venice Beach bikini from Oh!. Perhaps because I will be on hols from the end of this week.
