My smiling eyes say something about me! I enjoy food shopping. It gets me out of the house, and I get to see what new products GreenStar Co-op has and I get to chat with the cashiers, who incidentally are lovely people. We do a lot of "what did you says, but we make ourselves understood.

Decided since I covered my face yesterday when I took a selfie at the market I thought I'd bare it all today. I still prefer to be behind the camera!
This hair thingie is made entirely of bamboo and holds all day. I'm thrilled to have found it today in an unlikely place. I have had it for years.

I'm very lucky that I don't feel the need to look half my age and therefore have a daily struggle with self image.
My Grandmother used to say that we will all look rather like a toad or a lizard as we age, and from the look of my neck I am well on the way to the latter !

First cup of tea of the day. Here in Maryland that includes Willow, Tam's German Shepherd. At my home in California it includes Wiki Kitty.

Reading over the brochure from last night's concert. It sure was great to get out and hear some good Classical Music! I used the self timer on my Fuji. It's so easy to operate!

Today I had a haircut...outdoors in my hairdresser's gazebo! Such a relief to get it done.
here I am on the morning watch again - motorsailing along nicely on a rolly sea -
in this shot I am out of focus due to the movement of the boat - oh well - at least it is not raining............!

ODC - selfportrait
I finally broke down and bought myself a pair of reading glasses. I realize I sound old saying this, but some of the text in Click magazine is just so tiny! Well, I happened to see this cute pair in the dollar bin at Target. You can't tell, but the arms are Jeannie T's favorite shade of turquoise. Anyway, I held them up to see how the text on my iPhone looked. Oy! Not just bigger, but so much more clear. I fear it's all downhill from here.
