For ODC - Fresh
I don't think I've ever made a better decision than when I decided to switch my front pots from flowers to herbs.
Fresh basil, thyme, mint, rosemary, sage and a few others are at the ready whenever my kitchen calls for them...and I love it.
Some fresh fixings for the Carolina Cod Cakes we are preparing. The fresh herbs are to taste and not manatory. Not sure how the avocado got in there. Probably snuck in from Saturday tacos...

ODC - Fresh Start/New Beginning
This is the feeder unit on one of the presses at my shop. I think of the paper as a new beginning for the trees that it was created from. Hopefully in the near future, we will be using 100% recycled material, which would eliminate the need to use trees altogether!
Keeping me from participating fully on ODC and also from learning my new camera...My living room is getting a Fresh Start (new beginning)...I have begun painting, will be tearing up the old carpet, replacing the drapes and re-decorating...leaving a lot of the old stuff off the walls to make room for some of my photography to be displayed!
It's so hot today, that was hard to find something fresh at hand (beside my not that photogenic iced coffee).

A loaf of bread, fresh from our breadmaker this morning. Given a bleach by-pass effect. Was wondering what to do for this challenge, took the loaf out and it all became obvious!
