I usually have about six of these full at any one time. If context is relevant, I highlight it on the right side, then transfer to the appropriate context list.
I honestly only use @CALLS and @ERRANDS at the moment, but I have too many copies of this form and I'm using them up. I keep my @ERRANDS list in my Moleskine.
The colored A-Z tabs are where I keep my individual project sheets, which look exactly like my Next Action list. I have a list of my active projects right in front of the A tab.

Caspian saw the knobs on the dresser.
In Caspian's mind, it was a match made in heaven.
I couldn't believe how orderly these condiments were at Target. Someone has WAY too much quiet time at work. :)
At our bi-weekly poker game I have witnessed some interesting behaviors... I'm not exactuly sure if they are OCD driven or if they are just for fun, maybe lucky superstitions, attention getting tactics, habits or some other strategy. This photo combines 3 things I have noticed.
1. One player always places their cards face down perfectly side by side. Does this player like neat organized cards? Some have speculated that it is practice for playing on TV where there are cameras under the table to show viewers what is being played.
2. Another player stacks the chips so that all the white stripes are perfectly lined up. Is this some strategy that I am not aware of or is it just boredom?
3. The third player likes to have all stacks of chips the same height. So much so that sometimes the amount of chips bet will not be based on anything other than levelling out their chip stacks.
OCD? Maybe, maybe not. I do know that they are all good players and whatever works for you at the poker table is a good thing!

#1 - A little OCD
I think the cleaning lady here has OCD. Last time everything in the bathroom was ridiculously arranged by size.
Today, I come home and all the loose change in the apartment has been gathered, sorted by denomination, and left in piles.
Beautiful.
After the equinox burn, I came home and organized my closet. I even set up categories for what goes where. Totally nerdy, yes. But now I have a dedicated space for CRISP WHITE SHIRTS, which account for about 60% of what I wear.
I saw this while out and about today. I thought my sister Crystal a Murray would enjoy this. it stands for obsessive cat disorder..

The bag itself is a fairly compact, nondescript military surplus bookbag. My cellphone(a nokia 3650) is also usually in there, but it was busy taking the picture.
I always find it a bit odd that bikers feel the need to match the kit to the bike - I've never seen anyone wearing full race leathers on a cruiser and I've never seen anyone wearing a black open face helmet and tassled black leather jacket and shades on a race replica. Me? I don't give a toss, hence the road race replica lid and MX boots
Now that I've done what's in my regular bag, here's what's in my travel bag. Or what I do when I'm bored at my parents' house.
Back on the OCD theme again. Munching away while trying to solve a few issues with some work data, and lined my Skittles up without really thinking about it. The fact that there was an odd one didn't really bother me, but it did make me wonder how that might affect someone who counts or has to have repeating patterns. Would they just eat it (like I did after I shot it) or would it cause anxiety and stress?
