I don't know what it is about the contrast between the cool silver of the numbers and the rough tawny wood, but I love the contrast. Maybe it's got something to do with the fact that it's in my new front yard :)

Yes, I created it myself, but please take into account how it was made before thinking about removing it. I doubt that this technology has been represented on this group before. The numbers were made on a 3D Systems Rapid Prototyping machine, drawn by a laser from liquid photopolymer resin. It's made from CAD data .006" layers at a time. Cool stuff huh?
Go to Dewey Decimal 51x in the library to find Mathematics. Lots of numbers there. 513.2 is Arithmetic...
