Kimball and built in 1905, with an addition of 1907, and Kimball's United States Realty Building of 1907 located respectively at 111 and 115 Broadway in Manhattan's Financial District, are among the first Gothic-inspired skyscrapers in New York, and both are New York City designated landmarks.

El Radio City Music Hall es un teatro ubicado en el Rockefeller Center en la ciudad de Nueva York, Estados Unidos. Es considerado como el teatro más importante del país, fue inaugurado el 27 de diciembre de 1932 y en su escenario se presenta todos los años el "Radio City Christmas Spectacular" desde 1933.
Diseñado por Donald Deskey, el interior del teatro incorpora vidrio, aluminio, cromo y decoración geométrica. Deskey rechazó el decorado Rococó que se usaba generalmente en los teatros de esa época a favor de un estilo Art Deco muy propio de Nueva York. Radio City tiene 5.933 asientos para los espectadores. En el momento de su apertura era el teatro más grande.
El escenario mide 20 m de fondo y 44 m de ancho. Su sistema de grúas y poleas fue tan avanzado que la Marina de los Estados Unidos incorporó un sistema hidraúlico semejante en los portaaviones para la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Los 49,000 m² del complejo en Midtown, Manhattan conocido como el Rockefeller Center fue construido entre 1929 y 1940 por John D. Rockefeller, Jr., en un terreno comprado a la Columbia University. Rockefeller planeó en un inicio construir una casa de opera en ese sitio, pero cambió de opinión tras la crisis de 1929. Uno de los primeros inquilinos del complejo fue RCA (The Radio Corporation of America). De ahí provienen los nombres Radio City y Radio City Music Hall.
El teatro tiene un grupo de bailarinas de music hall conocidas internacionalmente como The Rockettes.
El teatro también es conocido por el concierto realizado el 1 de Abril del año 2006 por la banda de Metal Progresivo Dream Theater.Realizaron un concierto llamado Score y será recordado por los fans como uno de los mejores espectáculos que esta íncreible banda haya realizado jamás.
