This was a note left on my car. Isn't is funny how people think they own share space.
I have been parking in this lot for 3 years and rarely am I in the same place since the good parking spaces go quick. Apparently someone has taken offense to my trying to park in the best spot available.

I loved this little car becuase I love how the taillights look like lightning bolts and the headlights look like wings!

Notes from a 2009 IASummit pre-conference workshop with Indi Young. Our goals for the day were to understand how mental models can be used to: Figure out how to support people, increase design confidence, get clarity in decision-making, support strategy continuity. I keep these notes on my bulletin board, and still refer to them frequently. If you have a chance to take a workshop with Indi Young, do it. Either way, her book, Mental Models, is a great resource.

Overnight, someone placed this musical note (which I noticed as I processed the photo was in the shape of a lower-case B) in front of Creole Gallery, Robert Busby's home and gallery. By placed, I mean permanently affixed to a post which is anchored to the sidewalk. I wouldn't be surprised if there had been some city complicity in the memorial piece of artwork which a number of us suspect was created by a local artist/businessman who has had a hand in creating a couple of businesses in Old Town.
