These are my 55 notebooks! Some of them are in use, like the Moleskine (my Journal), and the PageOne (my Bucket List); but most of them are unused.

The one thing I did not particularly enjoy was the notebook's wrapping: The paper wrapping is beautiful but I really think this item could've done without two(!) plastic wrappings. Especially considering that it came with a cotton bag, too.
I actually knew what to expect because I'd read a blog post that mentioned it (searching4arcadia.wordpress.com/2007/11/25/paperphilia-mi...) and I was surprised to find that it bugged me nonetheless.

As you can see here the camel/cognac color doesn't go all the way through which is a bit of a disappointment. Given the overall quality of the notebook I really would've expected to find drum dyed leather.

So here it is in all its glory. I don't usually use a fountain pen but my ballpoint pen does it justice, too, I think.
The pen's handmade, I bought it from a turner on DaWanda (which is sort of like a German etsy) a couple months back. The olive wood feels really nice and it darkens with time so it's just as alive as the notebook's leather. :)

I was pretty dead by the end of my visit but this bronze sculpture really caught my eye, though I didn't catch that on the sketch what I really liked was the snake's body all twisted and the amazing detail of the scales.
This is a notebook I altered for the upcoming Bible Study Fellowship study of Acts. I create a notebook every year for my notes. I have many, many years of these books but this is the first year I have painted canvas and used that for the altered cover. For more information, please see my post here:

I have a lot of ballpoint pens - these are the blue ones. Probably some of them work. I am unlikely ever to use them as I keep a good Papermate in my notebook and two other good blue ballpoint pens in my pen box 😳
