Welcome to my note taking... I am not at university but I like to learn things :)

I saw this red Stella scooter downtown. It had a note on it about the battery dying. You are supposed to remove your vehicles from the area of the downtown that is used for the Farmer's Market. View full sized to read this woman's plea for leniency. I later saw her driving it (I have a photo on the roll that's in my camera.)

text: I apologize for my scooter being here. I work at the lift, i'm inside charging my battery. It died on me when i got off of work so i have no choice but to leave it here for now. I will move it as soon as i can. Thankyou.
