Taken on a hike to the mountains.A small lake before you reach up on the hight.It became rather dark, and we thought it would be bad weather, but luckely it went away.A bird was sitting in top of an old tree.It probably had a nest near by, because it made a lot of noice.

It's starting to look like summer now! In the last few days the heat has come, the snow is gone and the leaf sprouts on the trees! Life comes back to nature.

Olden is a small village located at the mouth of the Oldeelva river in Sogn og Fjordane county.

Olden is about 6 km southwest of the village of Loen, about a 16 kilometres drive southeast of the municipal center of Stryn, and about 15 kilometres east of the village of Innvik.

The small village of Olden has a population of about 505 people and in it's small centre you will find cafes, grocery stores, some clothing shops and a port for cruice ships.

Olden is one of the most important cruice ships harbour in Western Norway and a popular destination for cruise ships, because of the stunning scenic beauty of the area.

The lovely Oldevatnet lake is located about 10 km south of Olden between steep mountains and roaring waterfalls.
