Hyenas live together in clans. Their dens are community dens, the puppies of a clan grow up in them together.
Contrary to their reputation, spotted hyenas are excellent hunters.
They are fascinating animals with a distinctive social behavior.
I like them!

As I watch the sky suddenly the cry for help of mercy that the rock makes me before the imminent force of the sea churning in aggressive waves swallowing everything in its path ... there I was looking at the sky and looking at the anguish of the poor rock.
Mientras observo el cielo, de repente el grito de socorro,, de auxilio de clemencia que la roca me hace ante la inminente fuerza del mar agitándose en agresivas olas, tragándose todo a su paso ... allí estaba yo mirando al cielo y mirando la angustia de la pobre roca.

I love photographs of trees. This asymmetrically grown little tree that I saw in a national park in Sri Lanka did it for me. I had to do something with it. After a lot of experimenting, this picture came into being.

The Corsican mouflon is a wild mountain sheep and a subspecies of mouflon, endemic to Corsica and Sardinia.
This mouflon has never been hybridised, so the preservation as a separate species is important to defend.
