Garbage don't stink in the wintertime so it don't matter, plus it probly ought to biodegrade pretty quick in the brilliant sunlight.
The condo balcony-dwellers would be trashy if they were the ones that threw down the garbage, from off of their balconies.
Ha ha Minneapolitans like to feel such pride in the dainty cleanliness of their city, they keep their eyes closed for huge chunks of the year.

Place: Zhongzheng District, Taipei
It was good to see this very cool Sunny B12 yellow taxicab survived and it actually looks like it's still in use. The B11 and B12 were both locally assembled by Yue Loong (Yulon), but the older rear-wheel drive B310 (YLN 302/303) survived its successors. This generation Sunny 321 was later rebranded as Sentra, possibly to distinguish it from the Sunny 303, which was still going strong but of course became dated. Besides the sedan, the stationcar was also offered in Taiwan, known in Japan as Sunny California, in Europe as Sunny Florida and in North America as Sentra Wagon. In Taiwan it was branded as Sentra ADW.

The Nissan Sentra B13 is extremely common as a four-door saloon, but rare as a two-door (coupé) in Taiwan.

The Nissan Sentra is locally produced by Yulon Nissan in Taiwan. The Sentra is not as successful as its predecessors from the eighties and nineties, but still it's the fourth best-selling car in its class, far behind the Corolla in November (585 units compared to 3,643 units for the Corolla) and also outpaced by the Nissan Tiida, its hatchback sibling (918 units - and an additional 111 units for the old Tiida sedan) and Ford Focus hatchback/sedan (685 units). The Sentra B17 (in some countries called Sylphy) replaced the Bluebird in Taiwan (G11).
