At the end of the opening credits of Roman Holiday, when it says Produced & Directed by William Wyler, it was shot at a similar angle as this at Piazza del Popolo.

I was out last night doing a little scouting ahead of next weeks shoot to hopefully capture neowise. It'll will be my first, last and only chance to shoot it. Unless I'm able to live 6.7 thousand years longer than normal.
