This is the Coralejo lighthouse in Fuerteventura, in the Canary Islands during a late november night.. Stars and light streaks and some light pollution. Shot during the FuertExperience2017 in Fuerteventura with the Shutterguild.
extreme pano of Reine on the Norwegian Lofoten islands during the twilight hours of very early dawn.
last night appeared to be very overcast and yet we decided to venture to the shore of Ullsfjorden fjord to take some long exposures and we found that above the flowing clouds was a beautiful Northern sky to admire with occasionally stars showing and green lights showing through. Standing there in this silent immensity puts many things in life into the real perspective: all our self-built worries and preoccupations appear to shrink into little or nothing when witnessing the grand scheme of nature.
Die "Skyline" Bremerhavens mit den beiden Leuchtfeuern, die die Einfahrt zum Fischereihafen anzeigen. Im Hintergrund sieht man die fernen Lichter des Containerhafen, das unverwechselbare Hotel Atlantik Sail City, Wohntürme und den Fernsehturm.

The 6th Street Bridge, built in 1928, spans the Allegheny River in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1928,this steel suspension bridge was renamed the Roberto Clemente Bridge, honoring the beloved Baseball Hall of Fame right fielder who played for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
There is a large statue of Roberto Clemente near the bridge, in front of the PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
on our way home from Reine we saw this moon which lasted exactly 30 minutes while on the other side of the fjord the morning sun was already casting the first subtle rays of light for the new day before the night had ever settled
