It does happen! Although it truly does look like more of a grimace from Richard, I think that's because seconds later he dissapeared backwards with a scream, having been swept away by the gale force winds. Well maybe I exagerate, but it was very windy, and cold, and wet. But this seems to be what it takes to get us all smiling. Read into that what you will....
Those of you who visit Mark's flickr site here may well recognise this as being associated with certain artistic endeavours. I have to admit that I'm more of a fan of photographs than drawn art, and I prefer to the impressionist style to any other style of art. That said I actually find most of Mark's alternative stuff interesting, though I don't think he appreciates my habit of dissecting his pictures into elements. Anyway, have a peek, see what you think, and please bear in mind it's been more than 11 years since I partook in any drawing apart from the professional kind!

Due to BBC budget cuts, our scheduled documentary on the animals of the Kalahari has been shelved. Instead we sent our intrepid reporter to a field near Withypool.
"Richard, It's over to you....."
Actually this was taken on a walk from Withypool to Tarr Steps on a brief trip home with Mark (who completes his hat-trick) and with Richard (who ticked off another county on his Michelin Places-I've-been book). Mark actually acted as photographer, but I stole and published them on the web! Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Anyway for the next few photos you'll see a little snapshot of the mad time that is a trip to that most relaxing of counties, Devon....
