My best wishes to all flickr members for2025 for and thanks for sharing their beautiful photos especially to my flickr friends for their friendship, comments and favours. My special thoughts to those experiencing major troubles or sorrows. I'm in a lot of pain at the moment so am taking things fairly slowly. Preparing this photo was rather an effort!
I woke up early for the first sunrise of the year and went do to the shore of Lake Erie. It's something I've been doing for a few years now. Not much of a sunrise as it was very cloudy, windy, and a bit of snow. So I turned my attention to the driftwood washed up on the shore.
