Figured it was about time I put together a li'l website. Everyone who's anyone is doing it.
Here you can see my work, see some stuff I've not posted, lots of stuff I already have.
You can check out my new blog(which isn't really that new, it's just my Tumblr site repurposed & renamed, but hey, new enough), and see all the sites I use and am a part of.
BUT HERE'S THE KICKER:
You'll be able to have some of it for your very own. Original Polaroids. Prints of medium format shots. My book. And I'm thinking some shirts, too, because who wants to walk around without a shirt on?
ALL THIS, ON MY WEBSITE!!!
Sure, it's a portfolio site, but it's so much more. A lounge. A radio station. A band aid. Low income housing. A refreshing dessert. That toy you lost when you were a child.
So come, check it out, let's get this party started.
And by "party," I mean Cult.
I was recently in YK and finally got a chance to photograph the northern lights under a different landscape than Hay River's! An auroral storm approached Earth on Saturday and peaked around the hours of 12:30 and 3. Since YK is covered with aurora photographers (most my friends), I wanted to make sure I came away with something unique.
The lights did not disappoint!
I didn't even realize the phoenix shape in the aurora until someone pointed it out to me the next day.
I Have A New Website! 10centstudio.com - You will find this new image in the journal section of the website where I will be blogging on a regular basis.
Go big or go home they say.
The old website is gone, replaced by my largest public release of my work ever to date, im not even kidding. 1000 images to be exact.
It's not just an updated website to me, it's a celebration to over 10 years of shooting professionally.
This would never have been possible without each and every single highly valued clients, family and friends of mine throughout all those years.
So I give you the new and improved 2.0
Cheers n beers,
Rob

So one of the reasons why I haven't been on flickr so much lately is because I've been trying to dive into portrait photography and finish my website. You all have beautiful portrait work and I wanted to step my game up too. It's not quite finished yet, but to the point where I'm ready to share it with you guys ;) I've also been trying to learn all this lighting I have now - it's crazy! Do I use a speedlight, ringflash, monolight, umbrella, octobox, etc, etc! So much goes into it . . .
Please check out my website and let my know (honestly) what you think! Again, the reasons why I withheld it so long, was because I highly respect you guys opinions. Enjoy

I just created a new portfolio website using 22 slides. It took all of a few hours to set up and was the best experience I have ever had building a portfolio website. Check out the new site at port.photosbychrismartin.com
Also, if you are a photographer check out the trial at www.22slides.com

Hello!! I have finally finished the bare bones of my new website - previously had pro photo I built from scratch. This time I opted for squarespace and it is honestly the easiest website I have done so far. Would recommend to photographers. Obviously not much on there at the moment but hope to expand more soon but need to get out back shooting to have something to put in there as I feel my style is evolving. look forward to seeing you there and on social media! Photography Rocks!!

Just a small heads up to those of you following in Flickr-land. After much dragging of heels, a few wrong turns and several failed attempts, my website has finally gone Kiwi. It's only 3.5yrs since I arrived after all...
And what better way to point it out to everyone than with something iconic and very Kiwi, the graphic shape of NZ itself. Now while you sit and scratch your head for a second at how the photo was done (it's not faked) may I just shout out a huge thanks to my good friends Jono and Stefan who have helped guide me through the nerdy end of internet land, and a bigger thanks still to Mia who made this photo possible.
Still curious, as to how it's done?

My new website is now live at www.cgandolfo.com. I went through liveBooks this time so I could finally have an SEO-compatible site. My old site at www.gandolphoto.com, which is a bludomain site, is still active, but I'll use it exclusively for child/family clients, whereas the new one is for headshots and edit/commercial portrait work. I wanted something just clean and simple. I'm still adding to the portfolios but other than that it's pretty much complete.
