That's one thing I like about visiting nurseries each spring. There is always something new, quite literally, under the sun. This is a hydrangea!

This new-to-me variety of Dianthus (a.k.a. Pinks) is an eye grabber. They are planted all around the outdoor section of our local gelato shop. I feel I must stop to check on them often in this warm weather. ;)
Although we've seen these on the market it was the first time we'd bought one. We both thought it had a stronger and better flavour than an ordinary one.
