The cover of this mailer issued by Willys-Overland says "You are Invited to meet...". Willys had intended to introduce a new postwar passenger car, but because the Jeep was so popular after the war they decided instead to make the Jeep Station Wagon, the Jeepster, and Pickups and Panel Deliveries based on the Jeep. They did finally introduce a new passenger car, the Aero-Willys, in 1952.

I'm waiting for a 7D to arrive so I can shoot 3D HD video with this very nice new offering from Loreo Asia-Hong Kong. Great news, you can mount it on a full frame Canon 5DMII. You don;t get the full size, but the images are truly clear at the small APS-C format size, and the 5D has very low visual noise, so that the small f stops on the lens are less of a problem. Video, is of course, impossible with the lens on the
big 36mm sensor of the 5DM2. The lens is very impressively styled, and provides DEEPER 3D, due to it's 90mm stereo base! It offers threaded mounts for wide angle converters, or even better, anamorphic lenses that might be offered to serious shooters and pros, by third party lens manufacturers. Another feature that Loreo may not know about their new lens, is that the convergence slider allows you to shoot much better CROSS-VIEW pairs than any of their other lenses can deliver. It is linked with the focus, but at f-16 or 22, the lens will deliver good focus and also do the compensation to allow wide images in CROSS-VIEW. As a maker of prism glasses for this cross format, I'm extremely pleased! Shooting 3D with a single camera is a lot simpler way to capture stereo in perfect sync, and at high still shutter speeds!

This new model of mine is folded from six units, and each unit is made from a 15 and 7 centimeter square. It was a lot of fun to fold, and I plan on making a rhombicuboctahedron and a cuboctahedron, which should be even more fun to make.
The model doesn't have an official name yet, so I thought of giving it a Danish name, because all other model I have designed Have English names. The problem is that people would not be able to pronounce it, especially if it contains æ, ø, å, soft d's and g's, danish a's, r's, e's, and so on. :P
Edit: in gave it a name meaning "golden frames". Gyldne = golden. Rammer = frames.

This shoot was inspired by the poster for the coming up television series, American Horror Story, Freakshow!
Typically I do not use a boarder, but I wanted to make the picture look like a nostalgic, vintage trading card of the older days, while still keeping as much colors as I could. This model made this outfit, and she fits the role perfectly as the main event.
Cause ask yourself, aren't we all freaky in our own ways?
