Well this is only meant to be a bit of a laugh. It is taken with my new iPhone 4 and this was spotted on the sickipedia website and mad me chuckle. I think it looks better slightly blurred and over focused.
New Years resolution is to be more positive and happier this year. I'm constantly thinking negatively, surrounded by negative thinking people. Even writing the 1st draft of this comment I was sarcastic.
So on a positive note I'm going to remember what I have got going for me:
Photography skills, I'm young still, I don't give up without a fight, I have amazing friends
and well I have flickr which understands my passion for photography :P

This is also for FGR, "new years resolution". One of my new years resolutions is to stop spending money frivolously.
This picture did not turn out the way i wanted it to. The lighting is absolutely horrible in my apartment. In my hand are a bunch of receipts. I have a TON of receipts in my purse, why? Because i spend a TON of money, and get alot of them. i threw them away today. This month the only receipts that will grace my purse will be from getting gas, paying bills & getting groceries. Hopefully my month of not spending will lead to a year of saving.
In 2024 I decided to set a running goal of 1 mile/day and while I adjusted it over time to be 31 miles per month and then to 366 miles for the year to accommodate for my pressure/weather/air quality related headaches and general sadness. As of yesterday's run I logged 406 miles for the year, 40 miles over my initial goal!
I'm really proud of myself and excited to see what I can accomplish next year.
(The lighting was off in both of these because northern east coast US winter grey skies and all, we don't get a ton of sun or light till Spring so stick with me if things seem over exposed or overly saturated when it comes to things like this.)
My one and only New Years Resolution: To start Flickring again. One photo a month is my minimum target I have decided. I never set Resolutions as I am far too cynical to believe anyone ever follows them through, particulary when it comes to weight loss or stopping smoking. But here is my little, not too hard to achieve goal for the year. 12+ new Flickr pictures coming soon.
