The first item we bought for the baby was the funky monkey book so throughout the pregnancy we called the bub "funky monkey". It seemed right to add him to the mural :)

Sagrada Familia: The Passion façade is recently built. Located in the street Sardenya and oriented to west.
This façade represents the passion and the death of Jesus. According with this function, it has an austere and extraordinarily naked appearance, with geometric edged forms.
It is composed by a six columns portico, with three doors, of which the central one is divided into two by a mullion with the Alpha and Omega signs among the four bell towers. As the Nativity and Glory façade, the three entries of the Passion one are dedicated to the three Christian virtues.
The sobriety of the façade is visible also by the presence of bone shaped columns and the sober sculptures carried out by Josep Maria Subirachs adding drama to the already deliberately sad Gaudí design.
The whole respects the initial project of Gaudí with regard to its general characteristics, but the details are obviously adapted to the modern aesthetics. In this sense, the very symbolic iconography of Subirachs represents a total break with the figurative concept of the opposed façade (Nativity).

I'll admit that I have quite a few projects on the go but my mum is fed up with having half finished things all over the house. As a result I've been banned from embarking on any new projects until all of the ones I've started are complete. My teacups have had to go into storage until I've collected enough wax for all of them. I lovingly wrapped them in tissue and newspaper and put them to bed on a shelf in the shed.

Golden Hill buildings complex, designed by Hongkong architects and experts, was Ngan Binh Investment-Construction Co. starting construction on 18-07-2008 with a total capital of phase 1 nearly 1650 billion.
The project was built in the city center, No. 87, Cong Quynh Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of 8.320m2. The project is divided into several stages, Phase 1 will build 2 blocks with 35 storeys high and 4 to the basement apartment around 400 high-class apartments (area from 90m2 to 350m2/apartment).
Golden Hill will include the commercial center, regional offices for rent and apartments. This project is funded by the Hochiminh Development Bank (HDBank).
Estimated the building will be completed and put into operation in late 2010.
