When the going gets tough, the tough get a new head.
Many thanks to the kind CSR at Legacy named Alli who helped me figure out my neck issues. It turned out not to be a Legacy problem, but she went above and beyond helping me fix it.
Another day, another look. I am really liking this one, though. I think it just might stick around awhile.
I'm still tweaking it. Once I've settled on something, I'll write out what I've used.

After very long I finally got myself a Lelutka head \o/
I liked Lake but always struggled with the nose until the boneless update \o/
And I'm actually loving it with the skin it comes with, and those brows ♥
Here is wishing you all the best in the New Year. May 2020 be the beginning of new dreams and may they be fulfilled.
Don't let others pull you down in this New Year. Remember all that is amazing and grow on that.

Just a few more days left of 2021, begin a new resolution now, SLOW down, SMELL the roses, I remember when I first picked up a camera in 2011 that I began to notice things small, looking at the every day things in a different light. Rekindle that fascination with everything as it is the first time or maybe think that it may be the last time to see it and things will take on a whole new look.
Paul: (Singing) I'm doing, my Christmas dreaming, a little early this year. No sign of snow around! And yet I go around (with gusto) Hearing jingle bells, ringing in my ear!
Ruby: Ha ha, oh Paul you silly old darling. My ears are ringing too from all your singing.
Paul: (Singing) Your promise, must be the reason, the happy season ------ is here!
Ruby: I only promised to follow your nan's recipe for the turkey stuffing, not the kingdom and all its horses. (Giggling and tugging at his arm.)
Paul: Ah! But darling! What is a kingdom and some dotty four-leggedy hay-eaters, compared to nutmeg in the stuffing?
Ruby: Ha ha, you do have your priorities set straight dear.

Op de derde dag van het jaar bevond ik mij, zoals wel vaker op de eerste dagen van het jaar, in Antwerpen. Dit omdat hier altijd wel iets leuks te zien is. Dit feit klopte op vrijdag 3 januari 2025 maar al te goed want er konden een aantal zéér fraaie treinen gefotografeerd worden.
De verrassing van de dag kwam van een melding uit Mechelen. Een trein die hier vroeg in de ochtend (en dus fout voor de zon) al had moeten passeren was met zo’n 400 (!) minuten vertraging onderweg. De vraag was alleen nog even of deze via lijn 27 of 27a naar Antwerpen zou sporen. Na een melding van doorkomst in Hove begon het wachten. Gelukkig sprong na een aantal minuten in spanning te hebben gewacht het sein op veilig en kon niet veel later de opvallende combinatie van de NMBS 2870 en 2871 met 14 ICR rijtuigen vastgelegd worden. De trein was onderweg vanuit Vorst Rijtuigen (Bij Brussel) naar de Amsterdamse Watergraafsmeer. De rijtuigen zijn overbodig nu de Intercity naar Brussel met Belgische I11 rijtuigen rijdt.
Eind juli werd in de voormiddag voor een paar uurtjes naar lijn 94 getrokken. Er zou die dag een tof transport tussen Schaarbeek en Ath vice versa sporen, bestaande uit een TVM 55’er en een Infrabel 62’er met enkele tremels. Bovendien pendelde op de IC-paren 1900 en 3700 een interessante samenstelling: in afwachting van de reparatie van een M6-stuurstandrijtuig van een râme op deze verbindingen werd de 2715 immers tegen de betreffende Bx geplaatst.
Die dag zou de stam op een gunstig tijdstip richting Tournai sporen, waardoor na het vastleggen van de terugrit van de diesels in de bocht nabij Halle rustig naar Bierghes doorgereden kon worden. Tijdens het uur speling klaarde het ook behoorlijk op, waardoor de hoop op een zonfoto steeds groter werd. En die bleek niet onterecht, want een minuut voor de geplande doorkomst kreeg de zon voor enige tijd vrij spel. Een minuut later volgde dan het vreugdesprongetje wanneer de bijzondere râme als IC 1933 van de luchthaven naar Tournai voorbijkwam.

Snapped this as we walked back into town having visited the excellent Water Garden shopping area of Harlow town centre.
Today I decided the time had come to unleash Rachel on Australia, so I went on a shopping trip to the local mall. I even bought myself some new undies and a nice frock as well.
The trousers are some lovely cords I bought in Next the day before we left the UK. The shoes are from New Look. The top is one I bought in Wollongong earlier this week from a fantastic shop called 'Something For Doris' which does esoteric clothing, jewellery and accessories.
All of these pictures were taken at our new house - I didn't take my camera on my outing as I decided that trying to set up self-portraits in public on my first Australian tranny outing was a little ambitious.
I need to clean this mirror :-)
