A newbuild by Metro Camell, the trailers were never designed to have driving cabs fitted - this was a later addition when the arrangements for coupling and decoupling the trailer at a terminus became evidently complicated.
Qaphelani Crèche is conditionally registered and awaiting a new PCR certificate for full registration.
The centre has received three new classrooms, kitchen & pantry, toilet facilities, jungle gym and signage. The conversion of an old building into an office.
The Lisa and Cy Wagner Student Academic Services Center, being built east of Michael F. Price Hall, will bring the main student academic services to one centrally located building on campus, said Blake Rambo, OU press secretary.

This centre is awaiting full Partial Care Registration. As part of the Strategic ECD Infrastructure Support programme it received a new 2 classroom unit, kitchen, pantry, toilet facilities, jungle gym, fencing and signage.

As part of SEIS Thandanani Crèche will be receiving:
1. Additional building – Kitchen, office, pantry/storage facility
2. Repairs: Floor and roof repaired, and doors painted
3. Fencing - the facility needed fencing.
4. Health & Safety: Fire extinguisher, first aid box, safety signage, and a fenced waste pit added.
5. Toilet facility: toilets were added to the facility
All work at the centre was concluded February 2019.

Here we are at week 20 of the build. The pace seems to be accelerating! They were due to finish before Christmas.

We are excitedly preparing for our move into the new building. The increased space will allow us to reach more residents at-risk of hunger.
