A cousin of Skogafoss and look-alike of Seljalandsfoss, Kvernufoss gets only 5% of the visitors that its bigger sibling gets. With its origin from the south slopes of Eyjafjallajokull, this fall is exceptionally beautiful and is still a tranquil place for a peace seeker.
This was the scene on an autumnal morning overlooking the fall colours in the waters of West Lake in the Adirondack Park, New York. The colours of the trees were amazing to witness at that time of year, and I like the reflection of the old post in the water.
