This image from the hippocampus shows smaller glial cells (the small ovals) among neurons (larger, with more filaments). The hippocampus is known to play a major role in memory formation.

Op 10 maart 2018 vond de eerste editie van Neuron D&B plaats tijdens een NIEUWE NOR NACHT in poppodium NIEUWE NOR. Met méér dan 250 liefhebbers van donkere drum & bass-stromingen als Neurofunk was de try-out een doorslaand succes. Fotograaf Sander schoot enkele plaatjes en een volgende editie komt eraan!

Nighttiming, long exposure. I just kind of guess whenever I do long exposures... No way of knowing when to say when. However last month I did invest in a new watch with a second hand, so we'll see how this goes...
