Development of Renewable Energy sources to add to our power mix has been neglected for years, hence we are behind.

The Nuclear Juggernaut has insinuated itself into every nook and cranny of life, trying to make itself "look" acceptible. There remains no real solution to deal with spent fuel and Nuclear Waste except find a "willing" community to sluff it off on.

Let's stop generating further Nuclear Waste. Let's stop the massive huge hazard to the planet for milleniums to come.

Our planet may not be as organized in the future as it is not. Chaos, strife, war and struggle will not be the best custodians of our Nuclear Legacey that will exist here ...forever.

Speak now. Stop the Nuclea Juggernaut!

This morning marks a good day for Texas sunshine! Public Citizen Texas gives you the early morning scoop -- late last night the Texas Senate passed through HB 1423, a net metering bill to provide owners of solar installations with fair buy-back rates for the excess energy they produce. As an added bonus, SB 545 was amended to the bill, which would create a pool of $500 million in solar rebates over the next 5 years, start a pilot program to put solar on schools, and create as many as thousands of green, local jobs.

Finally. Solar PV interconnect paperwork went through, and the power company installed a new digital meter. We turned the panels on about 10 days ago, and after working through a 36 kwh deficit and three days of rain, we're approaching negative numbers. Kind of bummed, b/c with the digital meter you can't see it SPIN backwards. However, if you play the next few photos fast enough you can see the meter "move" backwards... and, like some politicians, even go negative.

look at this picture's notes to see the "negative" sign highlighted. It's something the meter reading person keeps missing and they keep billing me incorrectly. Good thing I note the reading every day...

The Tesla Powerwall, or any battery, does not produce energy – it stores energy.

First, let me be clear – unless you’ve already bought one, you are not getting a Tesla Powerwall in the next 18 months. They are simply not available. There are plenty of other battery options out...
