The sign and this nice little Italian deli is still in operation on North Ave. Not to far from Johnny's Beef.
This is the main water management building for the district. It has neon all across the top. In the middle it says "water is life." On the left it has the canals and on the right, cotton and wheat (see next two pictures).
First attempt at HDR. Not sure if it's gaudy or not... I really wish those four students had turned the lights off in their dorm in the background though.
