Hi, it’s been awhile now, I’ve been terribly busy, currently work in Philippines high seas, Ensco 8504, Palawan Waters. So, I only managed to process some of images that I shot during my last holiday. The photo were taken at the same place as the previous shot, it’s located in Pasir Panjang, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
------------------------------------------------
Processing:
Post-processed using Photoshop cs6
1.Darkening the shadow on the water surface.
2.Brighten up the lead-in tree.
3.Increase shadow (grad tool, on left part of image) to balance the shadow on the water surface.
4.Increase the contrast and brighten up the movement part on the tree.
5.Removed all unwanted part in the images: rocks, ships, small jetty, small island
6.Remove noise
7.Increase the contrast and detailed on the lead-in line.
8.Fixed the Horizontal line and softened the HL (Particularly left side)
9.Add watermark.
10.Resize and sharpened.
All are done using a luminosity mask method.

I seldom touched on hue when I am working on my images in post processing before. For this one, I thought it was cool to push the Hue up until +40 and the Saturation of +12 in Master edit
The photo above is an evening view taken at Port Dickson where in the forefront is the mini lagoon sandwiched between the land and the sandbank with the shoreline proper on the far side.
Port Dickson or better known in its short form as PD, is a popular picnic spot among the folks around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor state. It is actually located in the state of Negeri Sembilan that only takes one hour from the City of Kuala Lumpur to get to the place after 90 km ride on the expressways.
The place offers chalets, apartments, hostels, motels and hotels at reasonable prices. I would every now and then bring my family there for our weekend.
There are plenty of seafood restaurants with mouthwatering gourmets too.
Press L for best view!
Thanks for dropping by, all comments and favs are highly appreciated!
