I had a rake through my wife's jewelry box to find a small but interesting piece for the theme.

I lit this with a ring light from RHS with silver reflector underneath and a gold reflector on the LHS.

This arrived in todays mail :D

Silver necklace

Aquamarine, pearl & silver bead necklace. Cool colours, fresh and suits the outside temperature today!!

Made of Lumina, a few vintage beads, seed beads, freshwater pearls, and sewn to a felt base. This one was made differently than my past necklaces. The felt base gives it a little more durability and allows for attaching beads. It took several days to sculpt and assemble.

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !

Today is a red day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Macro Mondays is necklace. So it is a perfect theme to show you my tiny but very lucky necklace. Each time I need some luck in my day, I try to wear this necklace and usually it works !! That is why I call it my lucky necklace. It has no monetary value what so ever (it is very cheap and fake… so no gold or diamonds here ) but I truly like it. I like the tiny hand of Fatma with the blue eye is a sign of protection that also represents blessings, power and strength, and is seen as potent in deflecting the evil eye… I think it will be the perfect necklace to wear on Monday morning for our weekly team meeting…

This necklace features a dainty 10" gold-filled chain, with a beautiful, cascade of blue apatite rondelles and whisky topaz briolettes and a wire wrapped frame with more rich blue apatite rondelles and a larger whisky topaz briolette (this focal piece is 2 1/2" long).

Total length of the necklace is 12 1/2"
