Die Burg Schwaneck ist ein Gebäude am Burgweg in Pullach im Isartal im Landkreis München in Bayern. Sie ist DJH-Jugendherberge[1] und Jugendbildungsstätte. Mit dem Naturerlebniszentrum bildet sie das Bildungszentrum Burg Schwaneck. Erbaut wurde die Burg erst im 19. Jahrhundert und trägt die Bezeichnung Burg als Hausnamen (im Gegensatz zu „echten“ mittelalterlichen Burgen).

Waren (Müritz) is a medium-sized town and health resort in the Mecklenburg Lake District in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with over 21,000 inhabitants. Herrensee

Der Herrensee ist ein kleiner See am nordwestlichen Rand der Altstadt von Waren im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Der ursprünglich annähernd runde See wurde beim Bau des Informations- und Naturerlebniszentrums Müritzeum an seinem Südufer leicht vergrößert.

Escaped from home because we had lost our broadband (didn´t know I am so hooked to the internet)...and made a 12 miles hike into the Naturerlebniszentrum Maasholm yesterday. Once there, all clouds were gone and wind settled. The idea was to get onto the Pilot Island to shoot the lighthouse. Been there about 35 years ago, but only from the waterside. Once I arrived I quickly found out that it is strictly forbidden to enter the island from the landside...pffft. So my plan for tomorrow is rent a ship and get that way to the lighthouse :D This shot is more or less out of the cam except for the b&w conversion with SEP2 and the reflection which I massively enhanced in photoshop. If you google map for the Lotseninsel and zoom in, you´ll see the trees from above the sky.

Bereits 1866 gründete Hermann Freiherr von Maltzan das "von Maltzan'schen Naturhistorischen Museums für Mecklenburg". Seit 1929 ist das ehemalige Schulgebäude am Rand der Warener Altstadt Standort von Ausstellungen und Sammlungen. Von 1957 bis 2006 waren die Naturhistorischen Landessammlungen Bestandteil des Müritz–Museums und gehören nun zum 2007 neu gegründeten MÜRITZEUM, dessen Hauptgebäude mit spektakulärer Architektur sich ganz in der Nähe befindet. As early as 1866, Baron Hermann von Maltzan founded the "von Maltzan'schen Naturhistorisches Museum für Mecklenburg". Since 1929, the former school building on the edge of Waren's old town has been the site of exhibitions and collections. From 1957 to 2006, the Natural History State Collections were part of the Müritz Museum and now belong to the MÜRITZEUM, newly founded in 2007, whose main building with spectacular architecture is located nearby. Das Haus wurde im letzten Jahrzehnt des 18. Jahrhunderts erbaut und ist der Übergangszeit vom Spätbarock zum Frühklassizismus zuzurechnen. Es handelt sich um einen Eichenfachwerkbau. Die Straßenfassade wurde jedoch überputzt, um Massivität und damit Wohlhabenheit darzustellen.
