I have been looking for this bird since I heard its song a year ago, I managed to take a photo of it with my smartphone but a year later, I was finally able to photograph it with a real camera, at the same spot.

In the right moment and with a little patience, I got the shot I wanted. I felt that using laowa 9mm for this wide angle shot would be perfect; I could get more to the frame.
By the time I finished taking all the shots I wanted, the crowds started to come. I was so glad that I came this early. After seeing all the photos I took, I was so happy that I woke up and came this early...it was all worth it :)

After taking so many sunrise photos, me and other photographers were thinking to move to another spot. But suddenly, a tourist came and started walking on the salt lake.
That scene became so amazing with her being the foreground. So we all decided to stay and take so many portrait shots of her. She was extremely pleased with the photos we took and I sent her a couple so that she could use on her profile photos.
