A small Carolina Chickadee pauses mid-turn on a slender branch, its black cap and bib contrasting sharply with its pale underside. The background glows softly in green.

I took this photo in my yard in Arkansas, where chickadees are frequent and energetic visitors. They rarely stay still, so catching this pose was a lucky moment.

This is a Carolina Chickadee, a common species in the southeastern U.S. They're known for their bold personalities and distinctive “chick-a-dee-dee-dee” calls.

Closeup of a white daisy growing in the wild by the side of a lake in British Columbia, Canada. The blue/white backdrop is result of using a very shallow DOF, to blur the blue of the lake and the sparkles of the sun on the surface of the water into cloudy shapes.

Stereum complicatum and Exida recisa

Portrait of a group of white flowers against blurred, golden grasses. The stems and interiors of the flowers are silhouetted by the setting sun, while the transluscent petals glow white with a bit of yellow. The photo was made to look like an oil painting in post-processing.

Love how the colors complement each other. Hope that y'all might like it as much as I do. Happy Easter everyone!!!!!!!!
