The Andean National Wildlife Eduardo Avaroa Reserve in Bolivia is a vast nature protection area located in the far southwestern region of Bolivia in the province of South Lipez, on the borders of Argentina and Chile.
It is the most visited protection zone of Bolivia. With a surface area of 7,147 km2 (1,766,170 acres), it is located at an altitude between 4,200 m (13,800 ft) and 5,400 m (17,700 ft) and includes the Laguna Colorada National Wildlife Sanctuary.
The reserve's major attractions are mountains and volcanoes, lakes, hot springs, geysers, fumaroles, and its three endemic species of flamingos.

L'entrée de la Réserve Eduardo Avaroa
La Réserve Nationale de Faune Andine Eduardo Avaroa en Bolivie est une vaste zone de protection de la nature située à l'extrème sud-ouest de la Bolivie dans la province du Sud Lipez, aux frontières de l'Argentine et du Chili.
C'est la zone de protection la plus visitée de Bolivie. D'une surface de 7 147 km2, elle se situe à une altitude entre 4200 m et 5400 m et inclut aussi le sanctuaire de faune sauvage de la Laguna Colorado.
Les principales attractions de la réserve sont les montagnes et volcans, les lacs, les sources chaudes, les geysers, les fumerolles, et ses trois espèces locales de flamants.

De Nationale Tuinvogeltelling levert een momentopname van de aantallen vogels die in Nederlandse tuinen aanwezig zijn. In combinatie met de resultaten van andere jaren en met andere tellingen levert dit een beeld van de ontwikkelingen in het belang van tuinen voor vogels.

Een foto van alweer 3 jaar geleden. Een tijdje geleden pas wat mee gedaan, mede dankzij Luminousity masking en wat dodging & burning. Een gepast moment om te delen is wel vandaag, want dit weekend is het Nationale Molendag.

Sunrise near Goudriaan, Sunday May 10, 2015. Today is Nationale Molendag (National Millsday), a day in which most mills open their doors for public.
This is the Westermolen, near Goudriaan, a poldermill with a flight of almost 25 metres.
Probably the most eye catching of the many sculptures within the Pantheon in Paris is the memorial to La Convention Nationale. I believe it depicts Marianne, the symbol of France surrounded by convention members and soldiers.

Je dessine assis sur un muret, juste à côté de la route ou passent et repassent des tracteurs, des camions, des voitures... quel boucan ! Mais ça ne se sent pas trop sur mon croquis, ni l'odeur des gaz d'échappement (et pourtant !)

Op Hemelvaartsdag was het Nationale Stoomtreindag, bij de VSM reden drie stoomlocomotieven (41 241, 64 415 en de 52 3879) en één diesellocomotief (de 2530). De goederentreinen reden tussen Beekbergen en Loenen met de 2530 en de personentreinen tussen Loenen Beekbergen en Apeldoorn met de drie stoomlocomotieven.
