NS 229 on the morning of November 18th had NS 7333 leading across the FEC drawbridge in downtown Jacksonville. NS recently acquired the unit from CEFX.
Probably the most known composition in Jacksonville can be seen with the Reading Heritage Unit in it for the first time. This is NS 229 with the NS 1067 leading.
The Pennsy heritage unit leads 229, the hottest train that runs on the Atlanta North District, through Austell. 8-9-21

After getting word of NS 186 having the Wabash on the point, I decided to try for a artsy-fartsy backlit shot at Austell, only for them to sneak up on me unprepared, mainly because I never heard them on the scanner & discovering the hard way that thanks to a trip up to Canada the month before, the traditional K5LLA horn the ACe's are fitted with was stolen, so it was now, to my surprise, sporting a new cast P5. Thanks to my stubbornness not wanting to be burned by them, I waited several hours on a parade of mostly northbounds at Bridge for them to finally show up. Anyways, here's the results of my patience/stubbornness. 8-3-21
