✅What is new with 3.1?
HUD:
- Evolution Classic heads have now been updated to 3.1.
- You can now find EVO and EVO X toggle buttons across all heads.
- Option to blend or mask lashes have now been updated.
- Save slots have been removed for Eye Socket, Lashes, HD Brows, HD Eyelids, and HD Lips as we now have a Style HUD.
- A total of 18 eyes, an additional 6 have been added.
- A total of 6 eye brows, an additional 2 have been added.
- A total of 8 eye shadows, an additional 2 have been added.
- Alpha Mode has been added to the lip area, when you use the Mask option, you will be able to manipulate how much of your lipstick with show.
- Layer Materials (None) HD Complex has been added under settings, includes HD Brows, 2 HD eye shadow layers, Lashes, Eye Sockets and HD lips
- Clicking these buttons will remove materials from matching layers, removing materials will eliminate Hair/Head alpha interaction (if hair has materials enabled), leaving your Head layers, alpha clipping free. This means the glossiness of any of these layers will be removed.

I've been going through old shots looking for photos that I had previously neglected and came across this 2006 shot from Nova Scotia taken with the original Digital Rebel.
Blick auf die Kartause Grünau, die unter dem Namen "Nova Cella" (Kartause Neuzell) die älteste Kartause in Franken war.
Das Kloster wurde den Kartäusern 1328 durch Elisabeth von Hohenlohe, Tochter eines Grafen von Wertheim, gestiftet. Anlass war der Sage nach ein von ihr verschuldeter Jagdunfall, bei der ihr Ehemann Gottfried von Hohenlohe-Röttingen ums Leben kam. Vorher bestand hier wohl schon ein Kloster der Kanoniker, welche die Anlage verlassen mussten.
Das neue Kloster der Kartäuser bestand bis zur Reformation und wurde 1557 vorläufig aufgelöst. 1629 siedelten sich hier erneut katholische Kartäusermönche an, die mit einem kaiserlichen Schutzbrief vor der Auflösung der Anlage geschützt waren. Das Kloster bestand dann erneut bis 1803, wurde aber mit dem Reichsdeputationshauptschluss endgültig aufgelöst.
Die Grafen von Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg richteten hier daraufhin ein fürstliches Hofgut ein. Heute wird die Anlage als Gasthaus genutzt.

TERRA NOVA - En hommage à Louise et Denis, nos amis « explorateurs ». Ils se souviendront de ce moment magique.
Des scientifiques cherchent de nouvelles Terres dans l’infini du cosmos, là où se rencontrent tous les mythes des sociétés humaines. Certains d’entre eux croient même que l’avenir de l’humanité se trouve ailleurs que sur la Terre, quelque part sur des mondes prêts à vivre, qui n’attendraient que leurs nouveaux conquérants humains. Selon eux et leurs partenaires de l’exploration spatiale, il suffirait de les trouver. Simple question de temps et de technologie, croient-ils…
Puis il y a des gens ordinaires, comme ceux qui habitent près de cet imposant cap rocheux qui défie la mer. Jadis, on l’a considéré comme partie d’un Nouveau Monde. Ces gens ne cherchent pas à fuir la Terre, mais à la chérir et à la protéger. D’autres, comme eux, habitent des lieux qu’ils chérissent de la même manière : dans la savane africaine, la forêt tropicale, les grandes prairies, chez les Inuits, ou encore près d’un petit parc urbain du voisinage, qu’ils affectionnent pour la sérénité que leur procurent la beauté et la vitalité de ses étangs au sein de la ville.
Ceux-là renouvellent sans cesse leurs connexions avec la nature, son énergie vitale, l’émerveillement et le respect qu’elle suscite. Et ce faisant, ils découvrent une Nouvelle Terre chaque saison, chaque matin, à chaque crépuscule, à chaque migration d’oiseaux, à chaque moment où l’esprit cherche à s’envoler, au gré des vents.
Ce sont des explorateurs du premier type, le plus fondamental qui soit. Ils ont compris que c’est en nous que se forgent les Nouvelles Terres, au sein de ces liens inextricables qui nous lient à l’écologie terrestre. Or ces liens naturels se sont considérablement appauvris, encourageant de nouveaux mythes à émerger.
La Terre n’est pas un simple lieu de passage pour visiteurs cosmiques, mais un Habitat unique, celui de l’humanité. Il serait temps de rêver mieux.

Then there are ordinary people like those who live near this imposing rocky cape that defies the sea. Once, it was considered part of the New World. These people are not seeking to flee Earth, but to cherish and protect it. Others, like them, live in other places they cherish in the same way: in the African savanna, the tropical forests, the great prairies, among the Inuit, or near the small urban park in their neighborhood, which they cherish for the serenity brought by the beauty and vitality of its ponds in the heart of the city.
These people constantly renew their connection with nature, its vital energy, the wonder and respect it inspires. In doing so, they discover a New Earth every season, every morning, at every dusk, with every bird migration, at every moment when the spirit seeks to soar, carried by the winds.
They are explorers of the first type, the most fundamental one. They understand that it is within us that New Earths are forged, within the inextricable bonds that bind us to the Earth's ecology. But these natural links have become considerably impoverished, encouraging new myths to emerge.
Earth is not just a place of passage for cosmic visitors, but a unique habitat, that of humanity. It's time to dream better.

Like Miki before him he is fascinated with birds. Watches the windows and lets me know when the Waxwings are in the yard.
It's no surprise to find that Nova Scotia has the largest number of lighthouses of any province in Canada (around 150). Of course much of Canada consists of prairies which offer very little competition in this regard. Most of this province is island (Cape Breton Island) or peninsula, so the coastline is everywhere. In fact, There is no where in Nova Scotia where you are more than 42 miles from the sea.
This is the lighthouse at Western Head, near Liverpool, late yesterday afternoon. Many places in Nova Scotia (which means New Scotland) are named after cities in our British or Scottish homelands.
The husk of the derelict, decaying, trawler Vita Nova lies on the shore of Roa Island, Cumbria.
She was built as a fishing trawler in Belgium back in 1967 and eventually became a house boat here in the bay by Roa Island, until it was washed up on the shore and beached in the storms of 2015. Since then it has slowly decayed on this spot by the causeway.
You can just make out the name NOVA on the stern with what looks like BRU beneath in capital letters.
Anyway it made a fascinating subject with the backdrop of the skies over the vast Morecambe Bay..
