It's finals week.
Which pretty much means I'll be gone for a week. Thought I should share...wish me luck!

Shot with an SB-600 off camera, upper right (just to give it a little glow). This is about half of the desk that my girlfriend built for me (she's awesome). None of this was set up (except the flash, of course)--I was putting off working on my finals and thought I should take a picture to share with Flickr.

If you have been around fl!ckr lately, you'll notice a lot of photographers (those who particularly deal with children) and parents who have made their flickrs, F+F (friends and family.)
There has been many occasions on where these people, and countless others have had their photographs stolen, only to be used by strangers on other sites. Like Orkut.
Call me paranoid, but I am not taking any chance whatsoever.
So, take note!
(heh also take note of some really awful spelling/grammar mistakes there. It's best not to try and make a serious post on very little sleep. But I'm sure you can gather what I mean.)

These Australian stingless bees are only 4mm or 3/16" long. As the name suggests they have no sting although they can try biting with their mandibles.
Their hives are in hollows in trees, in fallen logs or crevices in rocks.
Hives only produce about 1kg or 2.2lb of honey per year so it's a delicacy to be savoured.
