[NL] De Sprinter sprint naar Dordrecht. Treinstel 2214 van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen moet nog even volhouden totdat deze het een na laatste station bereikt: Dordrecht Zuid. De overweg aan de Wieldrechtse Zeedijk zorgt er in elk geval voor dat de trein door kan gaan met waar die mee bezig was. Na Zuid volgt de eindsprint naar Dordrecht. Je zou het eerder een marathon kunnen noemen, want trein 5954 uit Roosendaal heeft er al wat kilometers opzitten. Maar eenmaal aangekomen in Dordrecht volgt de rustpauze, exact 15 minuten.

[DE] NS Stadler FLIRT Tz 2214 sprintet nach Dordrecht Zuid. Ab dort folgt noch ein Endspurt nach Dordrecht und hat der Zug seinem Ziel erreicht. Ich wurde es allerdings eher einen Marathon nennen, da dieser Sprinter-Leistung aus Roosendaal kam, total 37,4 Kilometer.

King's Lynn
Norfolk
The River Nar is a river in England, a tributary of the River Great Ouse. It rises at Mileham near Litcham in Norfolk and flows 15 miles west through Castle Acre and Narborough (the latter giving the Nar its name, joining the Ouse at King's Lynn.

Het is al lastig genoeg om op dit punt überhaupt een tram te fotograferen (in de normale exploitatie komen die hier niet), laat staan eentje die 16 jaar lang niet op straat geweest was..
Haventram 776 daalt af van de Tollensbrug in de Provinciale weg te Diemen en heeft bijna de GVB Hoofd Werkplaats Rail bereikt, waar hij voorzien zal worden van nieuw schoeisel.

Narita Gion Festival is one of the greatest festivals held in Narita for three days in early July every year. During the period, people carry a portable shrine, as well as about ten decorated festival cars and stages that belong to respective blocks of the city. More than 300,000 viewers gather every year.
Access: The JR Narita (Sobu) Line to Narita Sta. or the Keisei Line to Keisei Narita Sta., and then walk 10 min.

Narita Gion Festival
Narita Gion Festival is one of the greatest festivals held in Narita every year on month of July. Its a summer festival, which has continued for over 300 years. During the period, people carry a portable shrine, as well as about ten decorated floats that belong to respective blocks of the city. It lasts for three days and traditional competitions and musical performances are held. More than 400,000 viewers gather every year.

Voor het eerst in 16 jaar reed Haventram 776 weer door de stad. Voorafgegaan door "angsthulp" EMA 602 ging de unieke, enig resterende thematram op eigen kracht van de Karperweg naar de Hoofd Werkplaats Rail om de wielbanden af te laten draaien.
Uiteraard ging uw RR ter plaatse en wist de 776 vast te leggen op één van de minst bekende plekken van het Amsterdmse net waar slechts sporadisch trams te zien zijn: de Tollensbrug over de Weesper Trekvaart te Diemen, vlak bij de eindbestemming.

Northern Alberta Railway still operated a mixed freight leaving North Edmonton around 6pm. From the lack of anyone ready to ride, we hit this operation at the right time. Apparently, the further north the train went the more people used this service. The crew was loading their gear and my companions are ready to ride to the first stop of Bon Accord. I got to chase the train into a rain storm.
Cost of the ride was a whole $.25 each.

De trein naar Enschede staat klaar op het Centraal Station van Den Haag.
De versiering van de wagon lijkt geïnspireerd door sport.
De fietsen op de deuren geven aan dat fietsers daar hun fiets kwijt kunnen tijdens de reis.
I really love NARS products, unfortunately they're pretty expensive and so hard to find since no one sells them here in Italy :( Sheer glow is probably the best foundation I tried so far. Amazing stuff!
