A view of Mytholmroyd from Height Road.

Work has started to restore the very unusual three storey L & Y station building at Mytholmroyd on the Calder Valley line. Here we see a view upwards showing the height - a staircase runs round the inside of the building which must have taxed travellers with suitcases over many years. Access is now via a station ramp. The building is being restored for community use.

Quick snap at Mytholmroyd Station for Tom's "Monday Morning" idea. I'm hoping for something better next week. Oh, how rubbish is that graffiti!? On the plus side, the walls of "Timmy's Treat" can be seen coming down the left side of the plantation, and down through the fields to our house.
